Are your collection items sold anywhere else?

At this time, Ammoworldwide.com is the only place to get our collection items.

Do you re-stock your collection items?

Items in our collection lines are curated for our featured exhibits and may be limited.

On occasion we may re-stock some of these items. Please make sure to check back frequently if an item you want is not available at the time you are on the site.

When are particular items released?

By creating an account, placing an order, or signing up for our newsletter, you will receive exclusive updates.

 

Placing Your Order 

All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed after normal business hours, on Saturday and Sunday, or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

What currency are your prices in?

All orders placed will be charged in US Dollars.

Do my billing and shipping address have to match?

For your protection we require that your billing and shipping address match to prevent identity and credit card fraud.

I tried to place an order and my credit card declined or gave me an error.

Please contact the issuing credit card provider or try again with another card.

This error has occurred because your card provider has decided not to approve your transaction, therefor must be resolved on your end with your card provider.

 

Shipping Process

When will my order ship?

Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing/payment verification and 5-14 business days (depending on shipping destination) for delivery.

During a high volume period shipping times may vary, so please refer to the tracking instructions provided with each shipping confirmation.

When will my shipping confirmation be sent?

A shipping confirmation will be sent to the email address you have provided once we have verified payment and the item has left our exhibit to be shipped.

During a high volume period, there may be a slight delay in the delivery of confirmation emails. If you have not received an email please refer to your junk folder.

If you think you entered an incorrect email, please contact us using our "contact" field below. Include your full name and order number and we will resend your confirmation.

How can I ensure my order is delivered properly and not left unattended?

To ensure the secured delivery of your purchased item(s) we often require a signature confirmation from the receiver on all of our items shipped.

Signature confirmation gives you an added level of security by requiring a signature from either you or the person who accepts your order on your behalf.

This feature is a way all parties can be ensured that these items not only reach the right address, but the rights hands as well.

I changed my mind. Can I get a refund or make an exchange?

We do not accept returns for refunds, credits, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalizing your purchase.
